About the Role We are seeking highly skilled Tech Lead with deep expertise in Agentic AI and the end-to-end development of AI agents for business applications. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Conversational and Intelligent AI Agents that automate, enhance, and transform business processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, architect, and develop advanced Conversational AI agents and intelligent automation workflows. Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents using leading AI platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, n8n, AgentForce, DialogFlow, AutoGen, Vertex). Deep knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Embeddings. Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable deployment frameworks. Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design business-driven AI solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: Design, Develop, Test, and maintain Web Applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Debug and resolve software issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: Should have strong Coding Problem Solving skills. Should have done atleast one real time project using MERN stack. Should have clarity of thoughts and attention to detail. Familiarity with the tools like Git, POSTMAN, MockAPI. Knowledge of end-to-end application development, REST API, Debugging, and Trouble-Shooting is mandatory.
